Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Cancellations

  • We do not offer cancellations or refunds once an order is placed. However, a refund will be processed only if the product is received in a damaged condition.

  • To be eligible for a refund:

  • The customer must record a clear video while unboxing the product as proof of damage.

  • The video must clearly show the package being opened for the first time.

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

2. Refund Processing Time

  • Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days (2 weeks). The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

  • Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the unboxing video is not provided as proof of damage.

  • If the damage is reported after 24 hours of delivery.

  • If the product has been used or tampered with after delivery.

  • If the product does not meet personal expectations (e.g., scent, texture, or color variation due to natural ingredients).

  • If the delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, courier delays, strikes).
