1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order before it has been processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation Request

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your Order ID and registered contact details. We will verify the order status and process the cancellation if eligible.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

· If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, the full order amount will be refunded.

· Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

· The refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have already been shipped or are out for delivery cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the product, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy, if applicable.

5. Cancellation by Alagachi

Alagachi reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

· Product is out of stock

· Incorrect pricing or product information

· Payment verification failure

· Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

· Unforeseen operational issues

In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be processed if payment has already been made.

6. Changes to Orders

If you wish to modify your order (such as changing the delivery address or product details), please contact us immediately. Changes can only be made before the order has been processed for shipment.
