1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

·        You received a damaged or defective product.

·        You received the wrong product.

·        The product was delivered in a damaged condition.

·        An item was missing from your order.

·        Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

·        The product must be unused and unopened.

·        The product must be returned in its original packaging.

·        All labels, seals, and accessories (if any) must be intact.

·        Proof of purchase or Order ID is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

·        Opened or used skincare and personal care products.

·        Products with broken or removed seals.

·        Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

·        Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable).

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

·        Contact our customer support team with your Order ID.

·        Share clear photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

·        Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

·        After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the replacement or refund, as applicable.

5. Return Shipping

·        If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Alagachi will bear the return shipping charges.

·        In other eligible cases, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Replacement or Refund

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

·        A replacement product will be shipped (subject to availability), or

·        A refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

7. Right to Refuse Returns

Alagachi reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
